I have a DWg with simply 2 lines and 1 arc.
When I link this DWG into Revit, the vertical line is no longer 90° vertical.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue?
can you post the dwg files so we can check? thanks

When you are on the Link CAD Dialog >>> Check the units ... Setting it to Auto is resulting in this deformation. Either check in the DWG what units are used and set the correct ones or simply try using Meters or Feet and it should import/link fine

i tried no issues? set your VIEWRES to 20000 in autocad before linking. thanks
What's the point of this exercise? The DWG is puny. That arc is only 5/128" radius. Revit is a BIM software - not a Circuit Board Design Software.
Something is wrong with your arc. When I join it using PEDIT, it won't join the arc with the line. When delete the arc and use filet and set to 0.04mm, it join. When I link the CAD into Revit, it shows up fine.
VIEWRES is a good solution @ennujozlagam. The only thing now to solve for is the Line Weight. I guess it won't be an issue if the OP keeps Thin Lines turned ON and doesn't Print. Know what I mean?
There's no issue with the DWG in Revit if you scale it up.
@100 Scale Factor:
w/Thin Lines OFF
w/Thin Lines ON:
DWG not scaled and linked into Revit as-is with Thin Lines turned OFF:
