Lifting FFL

Hi Masters!

In our working project, we have about sixty floors, and we have done almost five floor modeling structure and architecture, Structure and architecture are in different file. Now the client added 10mm to the FFL that require us to lift the FFL level Line, is there any way to lift the FFL level line without disturbing the model elements.

No, everything that is hosted to that level will move with it. But, what you can try is this:

1. open an elevation view and move the level

2. set the wireframe mode

3. click and drag to select all floors and everything around it except walls & columns (so u drag from left to right)

4. under the type selector in the properties pallet, there is a drop-down list of all selected categories. Toggle between those categories and then change the offset from the level.

5. select all walls and columns (from right to left) that are above the level and do the same to change their base constraint offset (in case you need to change that at all)

6. repeat for the ones that are bellow level to affect the top constraint.

So we need to move the levels only, can't we do anything with project base point and survey points? i'm not much deep in to that.

yes.

Go to an elevation, turn on the project base Point, un-clip it and move it down 10 mm. Re-clip it and be done.

yes.

I tried @ToanDN  It moves entire building by 10mm.
