Lift isnt cutting through wall as a void

Hi,

I have lifts modelled and for some reason they're not cutting through the walls as highlighted in yellow. Does anyone know why? Thank you.

Lower the view cut plane (via View Range).

...are you sure the family has an opening cut? If it's one of the OOTB Families, then you need to create Opening at each Level using the Wall Opening Tool on the Arch. Tab.  

...If you're unsure, post the family so we can verify.   

...Actually, in lieu of an Opening, just put a Door at each Level where the Elevator is.
