Library missing on Revit 2023 - Running windows through parallels

Hello team,

I am running windows through parallels on mac. I bought Revit LT but bumping into its limitations hence downloaded trial of Revit 2023. Both versions are having issue with missing library, only two folders showing, nothing else.

I have tried to install libraries from the content files provided on Autodesk site, did not help. The message says Autodesk Revit 2023 content installed but nothing appear in the library folder. I uninstalled and re-installed Revit 2023 but that also did not help.

I have included screen shots of the window parallel control panel, sharing tab FYI.

I appreciate your help.

Many thanks

Fariba

Is this the installer you ran to setup the content libraries?  I'm not familiar with Parallels, and cant offer much beyond verifying you installed the correct content library.

Just load them from the cloud.

Yes that is where I got the content from. Someone kindly pointed me to "Load Autodesk family" tab, and managed to access the content there.

Many thanks for your help.
