levels with same elevation

Hey,

I used bind link to bring another model into our file and now I have multiple levels which are on the same elevation.

Is there a way to fix this by somehow combining the levels? or moving elements to a differenc host level?

Thanks in advance!

if you aren't too far in the process, why not just go back to when you did the blind link, and uncheck the option for levels? guess not sure what will happen in this case, but worth a try i think.

you could reassociate walls to the level in your model, but from the looks of it this could take a long time.

out of curiosity, why did you even blind link this in the first place? not a very typical workflow

You can hide Link Levels through VGOs (Custom).

...also By Element and By Filter if Link is Custom.

Thanks for your answer!
To give a bit more context, we got a model based on a scan of the building we’re transforming. It was split in two files and we would like to have it in one file.
The easiest way to combine projects to my understanding is to bind the link. I’m curious if you have a better workflow for this as we did have some other issues with it as well.
We might go back to binding it without again. But I was curious if there is a way to reassociate elements to levels in bulk. Maybe with a script?

Thanks for your answer!
It’s not a problem of hiding levels of a linked file. I would like to delete the duplicate levels

Thanks for everyone who suggested solutions! In the end we decided to keep the model seperated in two files and link them. the link binding ended up creating more issues providing value.
