Levels Disappearing in Revit 2024

I recently started using Revit 2024 and noticed that at one point my Levels are just gone in elevational views.

They are not hidden and I can't seem to find anything on google..

They are still my 3D views and Project Browser but going into elevations they are not visibly there anymore

You say you can see them in 3D? If so, select them, right-click and press Maximize 3D Extents.

Thank you so much for your suggestion,. For some reason that option is greyed out.

here is a video screen share for more context. https://www.loom.com/share/8b1f9d9cae664a38b4666f6ac08aba51?sid=f93ec9d4-9393-411c-81a1-c0aa0d87b919

Did you figure it out yet? I would imagine you have by now, but for what it's worth, the levels may be there, but the heads are turned off.  Do a crossing-window selection to grab all the elements in the View and check under Filter to see what's selected. Any Levels? If so, uncheck the box next to Levels, close out of Filter, press Temporary Hide/Isolate and chose Hide Elements.  This should leave only Levels visible in the View. See them now?

If crossing-window selection doesn't pick up any Levels, try it again with Real Hidden Elements activated. If the Filter shows Levels in the selection set, then the Levels are Hidden in View by Element or Category.
