Level is far away from model

I noticed the level is very far away from the model, how can I get it closer?

Select the level, right click and Reset to 3D Extent.

I saw two levels, and after right click see rest crop boundary to model or to screen, neither works

Do you have scopebox setup for your project? If so, you can set the level to scopebox and it will automatically crop to the scopebox.

I don't know why you are getting that context menu.  Let's try again: select any level (not the one faraway), right click, select all in project, right click again, maximize 3d extent.

right-click on the Level and not in the white area will get that menu you mentioned:
