Hi,

I am new Revit LT-19 user 4 months only. I have problem with level head since yesterday and can not select and pick only 2 of level heads of 1st and 2nd floors, the rest of the floors level heads are OK. I have not changed any setup. I also tried the file with my colleague's computer it looks ok there no problem with selecting and clicking on the those 2 level heads. If anybody knows what is the problem I will appreciate the help.

Are the Levels from a Linked model? Are they Pinned? On a different workset? Filter?

No, They are not filtered/pined/work set. They are OK in my colleague's computer and editable.

See if the Levels have been Copy/Monitored from a Linked file.

Then, check Worksets--you may be trying to select the Linked file's Levels, instead of the Copy/Monitored Levels, which could also be on a different workset.

Unfortunately the problem is not any of what you said. because the file itself is working very well in my colleague's computer. I cannot find the problem. It might be a bug or LT problem?

Being able to select pinned elements is computer dependent, not file dependent. So, check yours and make sure you allow the pinned elements to be selected.
