Level display and invisible model

Hi everyone, I'm very new to revit so this is probably quite a basic problem but I have no idea how to fix it.

At some point in my workflow I zoomed out and the level display zoomed along with however when I zoomed back in the level display didn't do the same thing which means I know have a font size so big it's obstructing my view of the model.

The bigger problem though is that when I have saved this file and reopened it the model doesn't appear to be there. In the opening revit view though, to open a a recently opened file, the thumbnail of this file is still displaying a model so I don't really understand what's happened.

Any help with this would be really appreciated. Thanks everyone

The only thing in the Project is a Mass Form. The Category is Hidden. Turn it on.  It's also huge. 20,000+ sq. ft.  And, not within the Elevation Markers viewing range.  So it doesn't show up in Elevations.  Turn off Crop Regions and Far Clips in Elevation View -- and, of course, turn on the Mass Category.  A good way to find Hidden Elements in a View is to toggle on the Reveal Hidden Elements button.

@Anonymous : If you actually had other elements in the project, you may have mistakenly deleted them.  You might be able to recover them by opening your backup file.
