Legend / schedule with tag?

I would like to create a table with notes related to a number that would then use a tag to point to where that note should be applied.  For instance for demolition notes on a demo plan.  I would like to have a table / legend with all my typical notes.  Like "remove and make good".  I would then like to associate this with a leader and a number or letter so I do not have to type out the note using text.  Is this possible?  What would be the best way to do this?  Thanks in advance.

Use Note Block on Sheets to schedule Generic Annotation Symbols placed in Views and/or Sheets.

Thanks.  The hardest part is finding the right terms in Revit.
