using Revit 2018.2:

(not the correct way of doing things, but this is how I did it)

first started with this thread that @ermiastessema solved and went from there.

LEED 8.2 - Views - Visibility Analysis

create a phase VIEWS and a workset VIEWS, to work your views using Rooms/Spaces/Zones and then schedule the Views calculations

Then create a new phase DAYLIGHT and workset DAYLIGHT, and add new Spaces.  the new Spaces will be the area that is within the daylight zone.

then with the help of @ToanDN in the thread schedule panels.  with this help, I created a material takeoff schedule to calculate the windows for each space.

Once i got that to work, I added a 'window area' instance parameter for Spaces, I then create a new schedule that will do the Daylighting Zones calculations.

Hope this helps.

*if it does, please give Kudos or feedback of this doesn't work*
