Hello,
I am an Architect and I recently moved to the USA. I realized most companies here use Revit. I am proficient in Rhino, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Autocad but not Revit. So I am wondering what would be the most efficient way of learning Revit/BIM. I am currently in NC, Charlotte. I would like to learn the software and to get a software proficiency licence that would help me with finding a job. And also would help me doing my job well once I get it.
Looking forward to replies. Thank you very much.
Lots of options available now. Check out the sticky thread.
By video Linked In Learning and many others via You Tube and other companies dedicated to that medium. Don't be shy about buying a book or three. Local resellers offer classes fairly regularly, check out one nearby if there is one. Local secondary schools often offer classes too. If you go the school route and have a valid .edu email address you'll qualify for a student version while you're a student.
Attitude is your greatest asset, go into it with a good one and any of the methods will help you get there.
