LAYOUT OUT OF A REVIT HOUSE PLAN

Hello everyone. 

Could someone kindly describe the workflow one would use when one needs to output a revit plan and data for layout on-site using field based technology such as GPS or a total station(non-robotic total station).

Thanks for this. But am seeking a solution that does not involve use of a robotic total station. Can a normal total station work? Any help is highly appreciated

Silly question, but I got to ask: is your building model currently aligned (x,y,z) to a site survey?

Okay. I have the house plan ready and a nearby permanent benchmark (x,y,z coordinates) how can i align the plan to the site and then extract the corner points of the building for setting out using a regular total station. Do i also have to perform coordinate transformation.
