Layers Not Joining

Can anyone please tell me why these walls won't join (fillet) at the corners? They all have the same settings.

I think this is just a Visual Anomaly as you have a Wall modification to the Outer Face, removing it it works fine and if you flip the wall inside it again works fine and in 3D shows as expected.  

When raising the Outer Layer offset it shows as expected

You can get around it using the Wall Join Tool > Mitre
