Label Perimeters display on a Sheet

I have created an annotation symbol from a Generic Annotation file. The label in my symbol has 12 parameters I use for specification purposes like "Mark No.", "Color", "Model", "Manufacturer" etc.. What I would like to do is after placing the symbol have it create a list of the parameter information, one for each different instance. Then this list could be used on a separate sheet for specifications.

Any suggestions on how to go about this is greatly appreciated.

I would create the label in the family with Shared Parameters, and add those Shared Parameters to the project. Then I would create a new Note Block schedule, with this family. That should give you the list that you require. Please take a look at the attached file.

This worked! I had to create a duplicated of my schedules and filtered by type but each material type has a spec and sorted by manufacterer.

Thank you
