Hi! I'm exhaustively trying to keynote a filled region but Revit 2024 does not grab it in any options available for keynoting.
I model a wall just beside it and it works...what am I doing wrong?
Btw, I did upload a keynote table w all the notes already..ty!

Hi,
As @ToanDN mentions use the User Keynote, for more info you could read this:

I did use the "user keynote" it attached to a 3D wall, but does not grab on the filled region..
Hi Ralph, ty. I just went thorough your tutorial, very good btw.
It just does not recognize 2d elements when I hover it on top...so it's not working on 2d, only 3d elements ![]()
This is 2024 revit..
It's not working on filled regions, but it is working on detail items (family).

Try this family:) (see attachment) and you can set an Element/User Keynote for example.

Use the family in the attachment, it works.

Thank you very much, your family did work.
However, I still have to keynote lines in the model and the background plan that I inserted from autocad...keynotes still don't fully work..

You can just place ANY detail family, even with just an Invisible line, and User Keynote can recognize it.
