Hello,
I am having to comprise a list of changes from Revit 2013 to 2019 in ordered to propose to my workplace for them to upgrade their software.
I have comprised a list of quiet a few things but need a few more. if anyone has anything they have noticed in the newer versions that have helped them with productivity and efficiency would be greatly appreciated.
Or even a link of updates I can refer to would be perfect also
Thank you

Sure so iv started from revit 2019 and working my back of the changes from 2013,
Keep in mind these updates are mainly beneficial for myself with architectural drafting.
*Ability to model in 3D
* Ability to quickly create a section box of a view.
* Multiple Monitors
* Double Fill Patterns
* Ability to edit models from a Perspective View
* Crop and Morph callouts and Views
Subscription vs Perpetual Licensing. That'll need to be addressed for sure.
yeah i guess they are the things that will made drafting quicker if you can model things more efficiently.
thanks for your answer i will add them to my list
...how about just the pointing out the fact that updating the software will keep the firm competitive in the marketplace and afford them more opportunities. I've never seen an RFP specify "double fill pattern" or "dual monitor" requirements. Know what I mean, jelly bean?
Here are a few of the "what's New Pages from that period.

But wait! There's more! If you subscribe now, Autodesk will throw in 2018, 2017 and 2106 for free! ***
Another benefit: Previous Version Rights.

We (https://www.team4bim.com/architectural-drafting-services/ ) start to use new Revit versions everytime when new version is availible because of demand from our clients. Revit 2019 is more stable than 2013 and has better import/export functions and better cooperation with IFC files. If you have good architectural drafting skills and knowledge both Revit versions are suitable for work, but there is no significant diference between these two so if it cost you money then I suggest you to stick to the old version.
