keep seeing walls from under range

why do i keep seeing this wall while the range is as per attached however i cannot see the wall sweep while it is above the wall ?? !!!

1. You can see the window sill because window families (and a few other categories also) don't follow the friggin view range rules like everything else.

2. It looks to me like you CAN see the wall sweep, assuming you are talking about the ledge above the brick.
