How can the white edge be removed both in elevation and 3D view when joining a wall with a floor? If it is possible to join these two elements in a section, why is it not displayed in elevation and the 3D view?

Overlap them and then Join them together via Join Geometry. Note: they must be using the exact same Material.
Actually, I think this is what you are doing. If so, don't overlap and instead paint the edges with the same Material using the Paint Tool (Modify Tab). Looks like you're using a Model Surface Pattern, so you'll likely need to align the Paint's Surface Pattern with the Wall's Surface Pattern. This is easily done. See Link below for instructions.

Even if I use a plug-in to create multiple junctions, I still need to check them afterward, and I often miss some junctions. How do you deal with these junctions? Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
