Hello Everyone. I am currently having an issue when I join the two roofs. One roof continues to extend past the other. I have attached a picture. I appreciate your help.

I'm not seeing the issue in this screenshot. Looks fine to me. Post the RVT. That'll do it.
If you see where the two roofs meet one extends past the other one going inside the building into my second floor. This is the same file from my Wall sweeps and window trim thread.
No sir but I would definitely like to know how to fix it if you don't mind teaching me how. Also, I uploaded the picture of what's wrong underneath the roof.
I've had a look at both roof junctions.
The first one you identified only needed the dormer cut applied to it:
The second one identified by @barthbradley was a little more fun. I reduced the length of the extrusion to 1", then joined it to the other roof and applied a dormer cut just like the first one.
Have a look at the attached file and tell me what you think.
Thank you so much. That looks amazing! How did you do the dormer cuts if there were no walls near the opening?
A dormer cut doesn't require walls if the joining roof meets the edge of the face it is joining. As long as the elements you can select form an unbroken shape, you can make the cut from any combination of walls/roofs.
