I have some serious issues with family text when printing something to PDF in Revit 2019. The text appears all messed up (see attached screenshot). This only happens to text within a family (e.g. keynote text, titleblock text) but not with the text within a schedule, for example.
I use NTI tools to print and this problem only appeared after the latest update of graphic card (running a MAC with Windows 10 on it). Tried to use Adobe PDF but same happens. However, a lot of my colleagues are running the same version of the graphic card driver and do not have the same issue.
Any ideas?

Try to return to a previous driver version fro your graphics card and see what happens.
You also could try to go to a recent restore point (before update of your graphics card diver)

Thank you. I did that and indeed it resolved the issue of the text. Now, unfortunately this driver version is causing my computer to freeze (unrelated to Revit). Stuck in a continuos loop of errors lately.
