Issues exporting IFC4x3 / "Unexpected errors occurred while exporting these elements to the IFC file."

I am unable to find a solution to the issue that arises when exporting certain (door) families. For some reason, the error occurs only with specific families, and this makes it even more challenging to identify the cause, as the families are constructed in a similar manner.
The Erros occurs only when exporting to IFC4x3, not in other versions.

Official Autodesk Support respons "The issue has already been corrected in Revit 2026

Please find my file  Revit BIM Bibliothek - Architektur - Türen_2026_ifc_4x3.ifc 

As Autodesk just released Revit 2026 there are no plans made for any fixes yet.

Please use Revit 2026 at least for IFC export purpose as a workaround.
