Hello,
Since our team upgraded ADC, Link Topography can no longer find the project or the file. Linking Revit and CAD functions perfectly fine, but when attempting to link topography it reports 0 projects in the hub, and won't give me access to the ACC folder structure as a result. The path shown in manage links appears to be the correct ADC 16 path.
check here, see if helps. thanks
When you experience the issue, which version of Revit and Windows system are you using? We appreciate if you can share that information to assist the development team in identifying the issue. Thank you!
Revit 2022, Windows 10. Team is telling me that the issues weren’t completely concurrent with ADC upgrade - happened a few days later.
I have found that clearing out all local copies of the files so that the connector can refresh them has been necessary with some of the the updates.
Hi @benjamin_regnier Since you mentioned that the issue does not occur immediately after upgrade, could you please help to provide a detailed log so that we can investigate further? Please follow the attached PDF to get the diagnostics log. Feel free to send your screenshot here or to me at jessy.shao@autodesk.com
Thank you!
Hi @benjamin_regnier, thanks for providing the log. The linked Topography relied on the Desktop Connector, and we would suggest your team try to update to the newer Autodesk Desktop Connector from here: https://help.autodesk.com/view/CONNECT/ENU/?guid=GUID-03D59AAD-65B0-45E3-84F2-A12AAA5BB267
Thank you.
@jessy.shao sorry, lost the thread - fyi we are on ADC 16, this issue happened a week after the upgrade and has been persistent.
