Has anyone had the issue that they cannot save to Autodesk Docs, either as a work shared model or as a standalone model despite having access to both Autodesk Docs and Collaborate Pro. I have narrowed this down to something on my PC rather than a licensing issue as I have signed into Revit on another PC and been able to save to the cloud. Saving to the cloud works on both Revit 2021 and Revit 2020 on my machine also, this is only a Revit 2022 issue and only on my machine.

Do you have Autodesk Desktop Connector installed on that machine?

I do indeed. I have tried a uninstall and reinstall of it as well to no avail.

Assuming you have the latest updates/version and all installed properly...

- Firewall, Have paused everything and turned off firewall to no avail.
- In drives and devices I have the below.
- Autodesk docs is listed in the options (I can even open up projects and see in them in this as well)
- I have tried cloud model (standalone) and collaborate (workshare) options both give me the same issue.
- I have no other accounts logged in. Like I say it actually allows me to save a cloud model from all my other supported versions of Revit.
ODD
Are you able to try from a new Windows user account on that machine?

- Unfortunately not. Although I have tried logging in on Revit on another PC and it did work fine.
- I have also tried installing the Hotfix but this did not work either.

Well if you are able to access it from another workstation and as you described you seem to have the necessary permissions to the cloud folders and the license required to access those...
The only thing I can think of is either a firewall or an issue with the windows group policies defined on your new machine...ask IT to check that, they should be able to log in as admins to your new machine and test
Otherwise, open a support ticket see what Autodesk says

Hi, unfortunately I did not. I had various other issues with my pc so I ended up going for a complete pc format, ever since it’s been fine.
Hey There!
We are having this same issue in our office. Can you elaborate on how you solved this Autodesk Docs Access Issue with the DLL?
I have a custom .dll addin and it has caused this behaviour. This has something to do with the Newtonsoft library, as @Sean_Page pointed out.
Hey!
I had the exact problem. I was able to cloud save in Revit 2020 but not in Revit 2023 even though i have the license.
You may want to check the Revit 2022 version. Currently latest version for Revit 2022 is 22.1.70.9. If your machine doesn't have the latest update for Revit, this issue may occur.
In my case it had solved my problem. I hope it might be helpful.
