is this drawing possibly created with Revit?

Let's just assume there is post-production in photoshop to cut the lines along the drawing etc. Which I am sure there is.

 

 

Is this possible to be modelled from Revit? Since this view seems like an Oblique view, and oblique view is ENTIRELY impossible to do in Revit no? Also, the Tree doesn't look like the typical Revit tree. Any input?

The drawing is certainly created by another program, but the model can be done in Revit (not saying THE model was done in Revit).

It is possible, but not probable.

The model elements look like they could've been modeled in Revit, but the certainly were not.
