Is there any option for copying a whole column from excel into revit schedule? and not doing it one by one?

Normally the data in a schedule is coming from parameters of family instances in the project. So the excel data should (usually) go to parameters of your family instances. What you are trying to do is automation of Revit and for that we have Dynamo.

And Dynamo is definitely cable of reading and writing dat from/to Excel.

Depending on the task you also can look for (paid) third party apps.

If you do a search in the appstore for excel you should see plenty of options.

BIMLInk and the Rushforth tools are the more well known options I think.

I do not work with those tools, most of the time I would use Dynamo for these kind of things.
