Is there a way to set graphic override line type for new construction phase

Is there a way to set graphic override line type for new construction phase . I only see the option for the default phases .Say for example i create a new construction phase , but that construction phase does not show up in this graphic override table . (Because i want to project the lines of the different construction phase in diffrent colors ).

You're looking at it wrong.  Those aren't Named Phases. Those are Phase STATUSES.

What you see on this image are graphic overrides of Phase Status, not Project Phase.

Phase Status displays how all the New, Existing, Demolished and Temporary elements are displayed in relation to the active phase. You can name that phase however you want, so please don't get confused if its name is "New Construction". Just notice the difference between the name of the phase and the name of the phase status.
