is there a way to save the views (such as floor view) in cad format within the project

is there a way to save the views (such as floor view) in cad format within the project, say for example i want to save it in the draft view or in a sheet. The problm arises is when in want an uneditable view , when i change a view, i sometimes want some views not to change or pop up some lines without having to clean them up again

@chhuanmawia18

Export the view to CAD then Link or Import the CAD back in on a drafting view

  • If you want it entirely non-editable  layout ...link it as a PDF (just incase some considers binding or exploding the CAD Link/import)

Well direct built in one click option ... there isnt

However, If Dynamo is an option, you can make that a one click opertion via dynamo player

I may be misreading, but it almost sounds like Phasing might help you out here.  That is, put the "CAD condition" in an earlier Phase and "edits" in a later Phase, and then set up duplicate Views referencing different Phases.  No?  Oh well. Just a thought.  Nobody got hurt.
