Is REVIT a good tool for Real Estate Developer/Owners to use for project management?

Is it worthwhile to invest in and learn REVIT from a real estate developer's perspective? It *seems* like it would be an excellent project management tool- but wanted some feedback from users and others in similar circumstances...

not quite.. Revit is ,indeed an instrument of BIM , but for Design purpose.

For a Real Estate Developer/Owners you have to look for other BIM softwares:

Ahh ok…let m refine my ask then…

My Contractor, Architect, Construction Manager, and Interior designer ALL use REVIT and 360…

So, as an architect myself by background, seemed like it would be a BETTER fit to bite the bullet so to speak, and go right to the model….

Meanwhile, I will take a look at the link you provided so THANK you !!!

all BIM 360 (Docs for AEC Collection comes with Revit full option and the entire construction collection) are necessary for all project stakeholders....

Revit for Designers , Navis Work for Contractors and so on.... As a project manager is good to have an idea of all the software used in all the four stages of BIM implementation.
