Is it possible to stretch a floor finish like you can with walls?

I know you can stretch wall finishes, I can't seem to do the same with floors, is there a way to do so?

Do you mean in this menu, similar to unlocking wall layers with the Modify button (which would be in the red circle in the image below with a wall)?

If this is indeed what you mean, then no, Floors do not have the feature which walls have to unlock and stretch their layers separately. A common means to do this is to use a separate finish Floor element from the structural Floor element. These two separate floors work well with situations where the structure of the floor would extend "into" the wall layer like in the below image:

That said, I wouldn't mind if Floors were editable similar to walls. To vote for the idea, here is a link to someone else's post, though it is admittedly not gaining much traction by its mere three current votes:
