Is it possible to open storefront doors in 3DView at Revit?

I'm trying to export to 3Ds Max from Revit, an apartment building with a store on the grund floor, that has a storefront facade and also well..glass door that I've already add. BUT, I want to see that door open in my 3D View to the export, and I can't find how. Is it possible to make it somehow? (Doing a regular wall with a door open won't help, I need the glass door inside de storefront open).

Sounds like you want a door that opens parametrically like this:

Yes and no.. I do need a door like that one but to work on a Storefront, so the door needs do be a Curtain Wall family, like the 3 models that Revit already has? But open.. that door you showed me I believe is just regular family door, and what I need is to replace a glass panel from the curtain for an open door.

Maybe you should just hire and pay someone to model what you need.

If your requirement is to render or animate the opening of the door, you don’t need to set it up in Revit and can be done simply in the 3Dmax model.

The principle is the same whether it is a door family, a curtain wall door family, a window, a cabinet door, or a toilet seat..  You need to create the family with 3d components that can be open via a parameter.
