Hi everyone!
I have Door families with nested Thresholds in it. The thresholds were made with the Casework category, which is also used in other similar elements, so, when I insert a door in a project and want to choose the correct Threshold type, every Casework category families and types will show as an option to be nested in the door.
Is there a way to filter out the options of the dropdown list in a project by the name of the family? I was thinking maybe an "if" formula in the door family:
Thank you for your time!

How about the boolean (Yes,No) parameter ?
No, filtering the result in the drop down list isn't possible.

There are too many options to do that, but thank your for the suggestion.
I should clarify...the list is long because the nested families are "Shared" which means that they are actually added to the project in addition to their parent family. This exposes all of the other families that belong to that category in the drop down list. If the nested family(ies) are not "Shared" then the list will be limited to just the families that are nested within the parent family itself.
