Of course, you can make anything in Revit. The image is pretty vague, so I'm not sure what element you would like to make?

Based on the picture you posted I will tell you what Revit can and cannot do

What Revit can do:
In terms of shape, there is no doubt that you can model that in Revit using multiple methods

• as a basic wall
• as a curtain wall
• as a loadable and/or in-place family

What Revit cannot do:

Revit cannot map that image across multiple panels/elements. If you led wall consists of multiple panels/elements then you would need to  

1. either have a different material appearance image per panel (diced/sliced/cropped to size in a photo editing app)
2. or render it in a different software which allow image mapping over multiple elements
3. or simply keep without image (plain white) and post edit the rendered image to add the screen graphics

Alternatively, the curved screen could be one element; this allows you to

• use/set a single image for rendering
• use a bump map to imitate the gap/joints between screens
