Is it possible to change Grid lines appearance depending on the scale view?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up two different appearances of the same elements (grid axis) for both views (1:50 and 1:200). The System Family Grid Type is set up with a pattern style to match 1:50 scale plan views, but in 1:200 scale plan views I would like to change that line pattern to a different one smaller to match the others lines of the view.

The problem is, when I change the grid family type in 1/200 plan views it changes the grids in all the project, included 1:50 plans... I understand that grids are 3D elements and cannot be changed between different views...

I tried to apply a filter but I can't differentiate between the line and the Circled head line as you see in the image below... Is there any other solution you know?

Thank you all for your time!

What is the text size and the bubble head size? I typically use text to 3/32" (2.5mm) from their default 3/16" (4.75mm). That way your 1:50 & 1:200 will look decent without having to do work around. If you insist on keeping the size, then your only option is to create a new Revit project and copy grids to the new project and change the size to view for 1:200. In the project, link in the grid Revit file and turn it on for 1:200.

This is where a View Template becomes handy. Create/apply a VT for both  1:50 and 1:200 Views.  Bada bing!

...Select all Grids in View and add them to a Named Selection Set Filter. This is the Filter you Add to VT.

I am kind of curious now that I think about it. Datums, such as Grids, are annotative like text. Why would you want to change the line style?   Put 1:50 and 1:200 on a Sheet and compare the difference. There is none.
