That list is fixed. What you could do is add a project parameter (price unit) and add that to all relevant families.

In Revit 2017 you also have the combine parameter where you can then add the two parameters together in one field.

However than you can not use calculations (to show totals).

The Price Total was calculated by a Calculated Parameter

When you click on the highlighted button, it will give you a dialog box where you can create a new parameter and set up a formula to calculate values.
