You could create parts, divide parts, and exclude/filter parts you don't want to see.

Agree, Parts might help a lot.

also, just model things with the end results in mind.

You can get there, but you would need to model all those elements.  That's an extraordinary amount of work though.  Basically, you would be modeling it in Revit exactly how it will be constructed in the field. If that's the goal and you have the wherewithal (as well as multi-discipline construction knowledge), I see Curtain Walls + Curtain Wall Panels , Divided Surface + Curtain Panel Pattern-Based, Divided Surface + Adaptive Components Repeater, Beam Systems,  Basic Walls, Floor, Ceiling and Roof Types.

only way is to model it peice by peice might be easier/less work just doing a mini version of the entire thing as a family and put it in an empty project and show it that way.
