Irregular roof

As you can see in my attacments I need to build a roof with non-symmetrical sides. I tried to modify the offset of the lowest side but I can't get a 100% plane surface.

What's the best solution for this case?

Offset From Roof Base

Have you tried just removing the Defines Slope Triangle (e.g. unchecking it) from that section?

I would just create a basic rectangle and then use the roof opening tool to "cut" out the portion of the roof you don't want. Trying to actually draw that foot print gets hard because you have to calculate the eave offset EXACTLY in order to get a flat plane. Even then, you might end up with a "joint" visible there.  Here is one i did with the opening tool.
