invalid data dictionary error keeps occuring during making a mass model

I'm trying to start a new model and once I start the massing Model by using in place massing model tool, after drawing one or two lines I keep getting this error and Revit will shut down. Even if I start it with a new file, this would happen over and over.
any suggestion?

That's a hard one to troubleshoot based on that description. The "nuclear option" is to uninstall and reinstall the software. 

Can you post a short video showing us what you are doing?  Or chronologically list the steps to  reproduce it? Maybe we can troubleshoot with that information.
