Good day Revit forum.
I updated to Revit 2020.2 and my internal origin is visible in all my views. ALL MY VIEWS.
Is there a way to disabled or hide it throughout the whole project or would i have to override graphics in every view?

... hi @Anonymous
... yes , it is a well known issue with the 2020.2 update
... goto VG
... site
... and un-check the internal origin
... this is happening specially with old projects
... it is not happening with the new ones

This also affects linked files. Any way to make a hotfix for us all to save many thousands of teams from having to spend hours clicking through all their view templates and linked file VG?
AND, maybe step up your QA/ QC testing on your updates and new features. Just a thought.
I shared DYN file in my blog post that can turn off and on Internal Origin, Project Base Point and Survey Point. This earlier post has some images for how it works.
The reason the internal origin appears is that opening a 2020 file in 2020.2 does not go through an upgrade. They thought people wanted it more (it's been a wish for quite awhile) than they'd be annoyed with it being visible. It's obvious they misjudged that quite a bit. Upgraded files do not turn on the Internal Origin, however the PBP and SP do begin to show up for linked file as part of the upgrade.
