Interior walls not joining to existing walls.

This could just be an easy fix, but my interior walls are not connecting to the walls I already have up? I'll attach a picture of what I mean, maybe someone has an idea about what's going on. (In the picture the walls I'm talking about are the ones with a thinner line weight and aren't joined with the walls I want them to attach to)

I can tell by the line weight (e.g. thickness) that those wall are not being cut by the Cut Plane of the View. The top of those walls are below the Cut Plane.  So, naturally they won't "look" joined.  Lower you Cut Plane to intersect all the walls and they will probably "look" joined -  if they are all sharing the same Material.
