Intent Stack display issue in conceptual model family in Revit 2022

When using Revit 2022 or 2023 and in a conceptual model family, when I select a shape made of reference lines we should get an Intent Stack close by the selection to offer choice of faces or solid etc. however in these newer versions I am getting an assortment of display issues such as: the stack is far away from the item, or off screen on a secondary screen or off outside any of my screens. Not only this but the image in the stack is of the whole working area not the selected object, meaning the object to too small to discern what the options are and it is often fuzzy. In Revit 2019 and earlier it is fine.

Side note, in a project using the massing tools the visibility and size is useable although it is not near the selected object.

Attached screen shots show expected behaviour in 2019 and current behaviour in 2022/3

PC is :11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900H @ 2.50GHz (16 CPUs), ~2.5GHz,  32Gb RAM,  NVIDIA RTX A2000 with latest driver - (just updated to see if it helped - it didn't).

Is this a bug or something else, any ideas very welcome.

Thanks in advance.
