I'm sure there is a way but just don't know.  How do you insert a MS word document (basic notes) onto a sheet?

One method:

Make a new Drafting View. Then Copy/paste from Word into a Text Note. Place Drafting View on Sheet.

You can also look at using Note Blocks and Schedules, which gets a bit more complicated.
