Inserting data rows into schedules and adding revision information

I'm creating a sheet list that includes subconsultant drawings which are not linked in model. I'm adding them as dumb data rows. Is there a way to add revision information for these fields or do i have to create dummy sheets in order to show a revision date in the schedule?
