A PDF that I am trying to insert into the First Floor HVAC Plan is not showing on that plan. The PDF can be inserted into the First Floor Floor Plan and it can be seen there, but not in the First Floor HVAC Plan.
The HVAC Plan is prepared using the Mechanical Template, and I checked its VG settings and it is not even shown there (or it is showing in another location that I am not aware of?)
What might be the reason?

Copy and Paste is not working yet.
This plan where the PDF wants to be inserted is a Mechanical Template (which really, I am beginning to work with for the first time).
Where is in the Mechanical Template a PDF that is inserted, which is inserted as a PDF but oddly is considered by Revit as an "Image" or "Raster Image", is controlled its visibility? (The VG only shows the CAD inserts, and not the inserted the PDFs, it seems)
Thanks again.
I tried copy and paste but it did not work. It was telling me that it was there, but could not be seen, it appears. I suspect the problem might be caused with the VG but I do not know where to turn that Raster "on".
Can you advise where specifically is the "Raster Category" of the Mechanical Plan on the VG? I see there on the list the linked AutoCAD drawings (i.e., "dwgs") and these can be turned on and o there, but I do not see "Raster" in the list. It is in another location?
(I also put this thread later on in the Revit MEP Forum, to see if there I get some response - thanks!)
Thanks in advance.
Clicking "Raster Images" under the "Model Categories" tab worked. I was looking under the "Imported Categories" all the time and did not look at all under "Model Categories".
Now the PDF could be seen.
Thanks a lot!
The inserted PDF is working well, and I can see really well the existing ductwork and VAV boxes and the other existing things that are to be copied into the new HVAC Floor Plan prepared with Revit.
The linework of what is seen in the old PDF drawings is very thick and dark, and now I have been looking for ways to make what is seen in that PDF lighter or grayscale. In AutoCAD you can adjust the intensity of what is seen in the PDF underlay.
Is there a way that the line work of the PDF underlay could be made lighter or grayish in Revit?
Thanks in advance.
