I have 17 sheets of drawings from a Civil Engineer. I previously created a sheet list and was able to insert blank rows and number and title them manually. Now, I need to add an 18th sheet, but I am no longer able to insert a blank row. See attached screenshot. At the top, when I click "Insert Data Row" nothing happens. To the left of "Insert Data Row" the "Insert" command is grayed out and cannot be accessed. Note under the Project Browser none of these Civil drawings are listed - I am simply creating a list of all documents whether they are in the model or not. The same is true for my structural drawings - I have previously created a schedule like this, and I am unable to add a row. Any ideas?

I think you are applying a filter to the schedule.
so when you click insert data row, the row is created but don't show because it's not matching the filter.

Hi,
If I understand you correctly, you can use:
1. 'Insert Data Rows'
2. 'New Sheet' (to select a particular titleblock etc.)
Hopefully that helps,
Mark
Yes, you are right. I figured that out after making my post. I have a "master" sheet list that I used to create the Architectural, Civil and Landscape sheet lists. The master list is editable, the others not.
Same for me. I have a Sheet List and a Revision Schedule in my project and for some reason it is allowing me to add sheets to the revision schedule but not the sheet list.
How do you change/add a filter to allow for the insert data row to show?
