Insert Point Cloud with coordinates into Revit Project

Hello everyone

I have a Point cloud already processed with coordinates taken using geotags. I need to insert this Cloud into a Revit Project which is already modelled. The problem I'm facing is with coordinates. I haven't been able to assign the coordinates from the cloud to my Revit Model.

I've tried linking the Cloud to a new project using Shared Coordinates, then loading that project as a link into my project (again using shared coordinates) and acquiring coordinates from it. Then assigned coordinates to a specified point of the model.

The Model replaces itself but is not coinciding with the Point Cloud as you can see in the attached image.

I know is a very complex issue, but any help with it would be very appreciated.

Thanks

Insert the Point Cloud in another Revit model and insert that model to yours, move and rotate to align it with your model, and acquire coordinates.

Thank you for your response. Is there a way to acquire coordinates without rotating the project manually? I mean, by assigning coordinates to a point I'd have expected my project to automatically rotate.
