Insert Point Cloud - Center to Center

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the Insert Point Cloud command, in particular the option "Center to Center".

The Revit documentation says that

Revit places the center of the point cloud bounding box at the center of the bounding box of the model.

What, exactly, is meant with the bounding box of the model:

1. Bounding box of all elements of the model?
2. Bounding box of all elements that are visible in the active view?
3. Bounding box of specific elements/element types?
4. ...

I think that, of the choices, the obvious answer is #2.
