insert pics/screenshots in tooltip

Hi everyone, 

is there maybe any possibility to add pics and screenshots in a tooltip in the revit family itself?

No this is not possible, only text unfortunately.

Maybe you could add in a url link that could open a webpage with data and images?

You can add red text to the family and explain how the family works. Those text will not show up in project environment.
