Initial issue of plans with revision "00"

Is it possible to set the current revision  ('Index') to "00" for the first issue of a plan (without revision)?

(1st revision 'Index'is then "01")

In the Label for the Parameter you could set the Description to 00

or set a dummy Revision to 00 and leave blank in the description and do not include it on the Sheet not sure if this will work fully?

Edit the Starting Number in the Revision Number Sequence Properties
