Inconsistencies with Section cuts through Families

Hello!

I am having trouble with a section cutting through a generic model family. The structure/family is composed of multiple groups of geometry I modeled in Rhino 7 that I assembled in the Revit family editor to assign unique materials to. There are probably many better ways to have done this, of course, but the issue I'm having is that the section was cutting correctly before and now changed what it choses to cut through. In the attached image, I'm referring to the sections (the outer 2 drawings, marked up). I was moving where the sections were being cut in the plan (not by much, mere inches or less), and when I returned the to sections the cutting behavior had changed. Plan view is also attached. Any guidance on how to maintain a consistent section behavior? Thanks!

TLDR; Section cut used to cut through everything. After tiny changes to section in plan, some geometry stops getting cut.

Is the model from Rhino mesh or solid? If you move the section cut away from the center of the pitch roof, does it display as cut?

All the geometries are solids. And YES, it does cut when off center! That's great to see, but a bit puzzling as well. Is there a way to get it to cut on center?

I would just move the section cut slightly off from center. Use value 1/32" (0.8mm) away from center and see if that helps. If you want to cut in true center, then the model would need to be done with Native Revit object.

Gotcha, I'll take it. Thanks so much for your help!
